Some personal experiences of Dirk van Ormondt
when installing jMRUI 5.2 on the latest version
of Fedora: ‘Fedora 22 Workstation 64 bit’.
=================================================
Files I installed to make HSVD run with
jMRUI 5.2 on Fedora 22 Workstation 64 bit:
Java installation:
rpm -ivh jre-7u10-linux-i586.rpm
Fedora-packages installed for fortran:
dnf install compat-gcc-34-g77.x86_64
dnf install compat-libf2c-34.x86_64
dnf install libgfortran-static.x86_64
dnf install gcc-gfortran.x86_64
dnf install compat-libgfortran-41.x86_64
dnf install libgfortran.x86_64 gcc-gfortran.x86_64
dnf install gcc-gfortran.x86_64
files.so found missing by jMRUI when starting up
HSVD, and subsequently installed:
dnf install /lib/ld-linux.so.2
dnf install libXext.so.6
dnf install libXrender.so.1
dnf install libXtst.so.6
dnf install libfontmanager.so libgcc_s.so.1
dnf install libg2c.so.0
=================================================
Fedora-packages I installed for obtaining the two
NMRSCOPE_B windows of jMRUI 5.2 on screen
with Fedora 22 Workstation 64 bit:
dnf install numpy
dnf install numpy-f2py
dnf install scipy
dnf install python3-scipy
dnf install scitools.noarch
I did not yet try to actually run NMRSCOPE_B,
simply because I need to study the manual first.
