    I’m getting a “Can’t read those files” error when I try to open 31P dicoms. The files are definitely fine, I’ve actually opened them on JMRUI before. Any suggestions?

    Dear Vidhya,

    Did you try exactly the same file in both versions of jMRUI?

    Did you upgrade your Siemens software?

    If the problem persists, please send me your data and we will investigate this problem.

    Hi Michal,

    Thanks much for the prompt reply! We did recently upgrade our Siemens software to VD13A SP4. But the error in JMRUI is the same with data acquired before and after the upgrade. In fact I get the same error with pre-scanner upgrade data loaded into JMRUIv5.1 and v5.2.

    I will email some data to hopefully work out the issue. And I’ll post updates in this convo in case others have the same problems.

    Reinstalling Java fixed this issue.
