    Dear jMRUI team,

I attended to the jMRUI training at Lyon (France) in june 2016. I installed jMRUI v6.0 alpha on windows environment. I tried unsucessfully to use Baseline correction2 in the « PreUtilis » of preprocessing tab. Indeed, when I launch the baseline correction is on the « starting » endlessly. I wonder if there is an other way to correct the baseline or if I need to download a previous version of jMRUI?

Thanks in advance for your support,

    Best regards,

    Dear Dounia
There is no baseline correction available in the Preprocessing menu in jMRUI because the background may be estimated directly during quantitation.
The Baseline correction2 in the « PreUtilis » to which you refer comes from the plug-in jmrui2xml, which is not included in the normal jmrui distribution. If you wish to use it and to learn more about the plug-in, please ask at for help.
    With kind regards
    Jana
