    Hello,

I’m having trouble simulating the MRS spectra of certain metabolites using the NMR-scope tool (for Glutamine for example). It works fine for other metabolites like NAA, but for others when I select the metabolite and then try to launch the simulation with the predefined sequence PRESS at 144 ms, the software stops, with a message displayed on the terminal:

    #
    # A fatal error has been detected by the Java Runtime Environment:
    #
    # SIGSEGV (0xb) at pc=0x80e031fe, pid=47195, tid=0x91cffac0

    #
    # Failed to write core dump. Core dumps have been disabled. To enable core dumping, try “ulimit -c unlimited” before starting Java again

I have tried using another predefined sequences, same …
And I think it can’t be related to available memory as there is enough RAM (64GB)

Thank you for your help !! đŸ™‚

Hello, are you talking about nmrscope or nmrscope-b?
