    Hi,

    I am trying to superimpose my anatomic image (T1) on the water metabolic image, but it’s not working. Do you know if this has to do with the fact that my DICOM T1 is in 3D ?

    My images are coming from a Philips scanner and we perform 2D CSI PRESS. The metabolite MRSI file and the water MRSI file are in .SDAT format.
