Hello,
I would like to ask about the T2 relaxation table for the metabolites available in NMR-ScopeB.
According to the NMR-ScopeB’s User Manual, the value of the 1st coherence order column in the T2 relaxation table is equal to 1/T2. Most of the metabolites have values of 0 or 3. Does that mean that a metabolite, that has a relaxivity value of 3 for the 1st coherence order has a T2 of 1/3 sec. = 333 milisec.?
Any help is very much appreciated.
