    It might be that your spectrum and basis file have different sizes (may be the case if you weren’t careful to adjust the values in NMRscopeB to match your acquisition parameters). Try quantifying the mrui file of your simulated signals with HSVD and then loading the results files for QUEST quantification.

    Hello,

    In case others are stuck with this: I had this problem as well even though I (thought I) followed the instructions in the readme_nmrscope.txt file. Turns out my WinPython version (3.4.3) wasn’t compatible. I installed the version suggested in the readme file (2.7.5.3) and updated the nmrscopeb.bat file accordingly and the problem was resolved.
